Kuriku 渓流
Kuriku is the Japanese logic puzzle also known as Creek. Every number sits on a crossing of the grid lines rather than inside a cell, and counts how many of the up-to-four cells touching that corner are water. Shade cells until every number is satisfied and all the water forms one connected stream; cells you leave alone are dry land.
Three modes: Classic, Banks — where the dry land must also stay one unbroken shore, so the stream can never cut the board in two — and Tide, where the corners carry no digits at all and a round chip means an odd count, a square chip an even one, and an empty square none.
